FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Ben jij een enthousiaste technische duizendpoot die houdt van afwisseling in je werk? Zoek je een uitdagende functie waarin je jouw kennis van machines kunt inzetten en tegelijkertijd zorgt voor de productie van kwaliteitsproducten? Dan is de functie van operator lamellenlijn & zager bij ons moderne bedrijf in Deinze iets voor jou!

Wat ga je doen als Operator Lamellenlijn & Zager? In deze gevarieerde functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen van de lamellenlijn én het zagen van profielen voor de productie van terrasoverkappingen en zonneweringen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de materialen optimaal bewerkt worden en voldoet aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Bedienen van de lamellenlijn: Je zorgt ervoor dat de productie van lamellen vlot verloopt, waarbij je de juiste instellingen maakt en de machine nauwkeurig afstelt.
  • Zagen van profielen: Je zaagt profielen op maat volgens technische tekeningen en specificaties.
  • Kwaliteitscontrole: Je controleert de zaagsneden en lamellen op nauwkeurigheid en kwaliteit.
  • Onderhoud en preventie: Je voert regelmatig kleine onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit en zorgt ervoor dat de machines in topconditie blijven.
  • Werken volgens planning: Je zorgt ervoor dat de productie op schema blijft en de werkplek altijd netjes en veilig is.

PROFIEL

  • Je hebt ervaring met het bedienen van machines, bij voorkeur een lamellenlijn en zaagmachines, of je hebt de bereidheid om je deze vaardigheden snel eigen te maken.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail, zodat je altijd producten van de hoogste kwaliteit levert.
  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond of affiniteit met de productieomgeving.
  • Je bent een teamspeler, maar kan ook zelfstandig werken.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt vlot Nederlands.
  • Je bent bereid om in een 2-ploegensysteem te werken.
