Wat ga je doen?

Als Operator Laminatie zorg je ervoor dat het laminatieproces vlot, veilig en kwalitatief verloopt.

Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid leveren we sterke en kwalitatieve gelamineerde weefsels af.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je bereidt de lamineerlijn voor en stelt de machine correct in volgens de productiebon.
  • Je voorziet de juiste grondstoffen zoals weefsels, polars en hotmelt.
  • Je start het productieproces op en volgt parameters zoals spanning, druk, snelheid en coating nauwgezet op.
  • Je voert visuele kwaliteitscontroles uit tijdens het productieproces.
  • Je grijpt in bij afwijkingen en lost kleine storingen zelfstandig op.
  • Je registreert productie- en verbruiksgegevens in het systeem.
  • Je boomt het afgewerkte weefsel op en zorgt voor correcte labeling.
  • Je reinigt de machine en graveerrollen na productie.
  • Je werkt steeds volgens de veiligheidsvoorschriften en houdt jouw werkpost netjes.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een TSO-diploma
  • Je hebt minimum 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring als machine operator
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Je bent zowel zelfstandig als een echte teamplayer.
  • Fysiek werk vormt voor jou geen probleem.
  • Je bent visueel sterk en niet kleurenblind.
  • Een heftruckattest is een pluspunt. Heb je dit nog niet? Dan kan je dit via opleiding behalen.
