Als operator voor de laminatie zorg je voor het goede verloop van het lamineerproces. Hierbij bewaak je de kwaliteit en draag je bij tot een kwaliteitsvol eindproduct

  • Volgens de productiebon stel je de machine correct in, bereid je de lijn voor en voorzie je de juiste grondstoffen
  • Parameters (zoals spanning, druk, snelheid...) stel je in en volg je nauwlettend op
  • Tijdens het proces controleer je het weefsel en voer je steeds kwaliteitscontroles uit (visueel)
  • Bij afwijkingen grijp je in of stuur je bij
  • Kleine storingen los je zelfstandig op
  • Je registreert de gegevens in de systemen
  • Het gelamineerde weefsel wikkel je op en voorzie je van een correct label
  • Steeds zorg je voor een nette werkomgeving en reinig je de machine en de graveerrollen
  • Ten aller tijde volg je ook de veiligheidsinstructies
  • Ervaring binnen een productie omgeving en/of een secundair diploma helpt je sterk vooruit
  • De Nederlandse taal beheers je vlekkeloos
  • Nauwkeurig en zelfstandig werken vormt voor jou geen probleem
  • Fysiek werk schrikt je niet af
  • Kleuren onderscheiden kan je als de beste
