Als Operator Laser- en Plooibank sta je in voor het instellen, bedienen en opvolgen van CNC-gestuurde machines. Je zorgt ervoor dat elk onderdeel nauwkeurig volgens plan wordt geproduceerd en draagt actief bij aan een kwalitatief en efficiënt productieproces.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Instellen, bedienen en onderhouden van de lasermachine en plooibank.

Programmeren en aanpassen van CNC-besturingen.

Lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen.

Correct verwerken van materialen, rekening houdend met materiaaleigenschappen en lasertoleranties.

Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en controleren van afmetingen.

Opsporen en oplossen van kleine technische storingen.

Opstarten, afregelen en opvolgen van machines tijdens het productieproces.

Meedenken over optimalisaties om de productie efficiënter te laten verlopen.

Aanmaken, instellen en uitvoeren van machineprogramma's.

Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieunormen. Wij zoeken een technisch talent dat uitdagingen graag aangaat en enthousiast wordt van innovatieve productietechnologie.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

Ervaring als operator binnen een productie- of metaalomgeving.

Ervaring met een lasermachine, plooibank of andere CNC-machines is een grote plus.

Kennis van CNC-besturingen en het zelfstandig instellen van machines.

Goede computerkennis.

Sterk technisch inzicht en vlot technische plannen kunnen lezen.

Goede rekenvaardigheden en oog voor detail.

Bereidheid om polyvalent ingezet te worden binnen de metaalafdeling, bijvoorbeeld voor plooien, CNC-draaien of CNC-frezen.

In het bezit van een rijbewijs B.

Goede kennis van het Nederlands voor het lezen van werkinstructies en het bedienen van de machinesoftware.
