Voor onze metaalbewerking in Biddinghuizen zoeken we een Operator Lasersnijden. Iemand die nauwkeurig werkt, technisch inzicht heeft en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor zijn eigen werk. Heb je al ervaring met lasersnijden? Mooi meegenomen, heb je vooral technisch inzicht en de motivatie? Ook goed! We nodigen je graag uit om te reageren. Binnen GICOM zijn er mogelijkheden om het vak in de praktijk te leren. Wat ga je doen? Als Operator Lasersnijden werk je dagelijks met onze CNC-gestuurde lasersnijmachines. Je bereidt productieorders voor, stelt de machine goed in en zorgt dat het plaatmateriaal nauwkeurig volgens technische tekening wordt gesneden. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: instellen en bedienen van CNC-gestuurde lasersnijmachines; invoeren en controleren van programma's en snijparameters; werken aan de hand van technische tekeningen; uitvoeren van proefsneden wanneer dat nodig is; controleren van de kwaliteit van het gesneden materiaal; bijstellen van instellingen waar nodig; bewaken van het productieproces; bijdragen aan het onderhoud van de machine; efficiënt en veilig werken met materiaal en machine. Je werkt zelfstandig aan je werkzaamheden, maar bent onderdeel van een team waarin kwaliteit en veiligheid belangrijk zijn. Wie zoeken we? We zoeken iemand die technisch is aangelegd, precies werkt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar weet ook wanneer je een collega nodig hebt. Verder: - ben je fulltime beschikbaar; - woon je in Biddinghuizen of omgeving; - heb je technisch en ruimtelijk inzicht; - is ervaring met het bedienen van lasersnijmachines een pré; - is een heftruckdiploma een pré.
