Functieomschrijving: Als operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor voor het instellen en bedienen van verschillende lasersnijmachines ten behoeve van de productie van zeer nauwkeurige bewerkingen aan koker,- buis,- of hoekprofielen. Deze profielen zijn halffabricaten voor de verdere verwerking binnen verschillende branches zoals, bouw, agrarisch, Automotive of winkelinrichtingen. Wat ga je doen? - Instellen en bedienen van de buislasermachine; - Controleren van producten op maatvoering en kwaliteit; - Schoonhouden van de machine en klein onderhoud uitvoeren; - Actief meedenken over verbeteringen in het proces Over de werkgever: Onze opdrachtgever is een toeleveringsbedrijf van laser gesneden halffabricaten uit gesloten koker- of buisprofielen, hoek- en U-profielen. Ze hebben een brede klantenkring in verschillende branches zoals; bouw, agrarisch, winkelinrichting, meubelindustrie en Automotive. Wie zoeken wij: Wie zoeken wij? Je bent in bezit van een MBO4 afgeronde technische opleiding of vergelijkbare werkervaring binnen de metaal/techniek. Daarnaast ben je of heb je; - Gemotiveerd, nauwkeurig en nieuwsgierig; - Technisch inzicht en affiniteit met metaalbewerking; - Ervaring met computergestuurde machines is een pre, maar geen must.
