The posting

Heb je ervaring als lasser, maar wil je je vakkennis op een meer technische en minder manuele manier inzetten? Als operator laskraan bedien en bewaak je een OP laskraan voor lassen onder poederdek. Je last dus niet voortdurend zelf, maar zorgt ervoor dat het geautomatiseerde lasproces correct verloopt.

Wat ga je doen?

Je combineert je kennis van lassen met machinebediening, technisch inzicht en kwaliteitscontrole.

• Je stelt de laskraan correct in volgens technische tekeningen

• Je bedient de installatie en volgt het lasproces op

• Je leest en interpreteert constructieplannen

• Je bereidt onderdelen voor en zorgt dat ze correct samengesteld zijn

• Je controleert tijdens het lassen of het proces goed verloopt

• Je stuurt de machine bij wanneer dat nodig is

• Je controleert gelaste stukken op kwaliteit, fouten en beschadigingen

• Je voert kleine manuele correcties uit wanneer nodig

• Je houdt mee toezicht op veiligheid, orde en netheid in het atelier

Je laservaring blijft dus belangrijk, alleen verschuift de focus. Minder uren zelf lassen, meer instellen, opvolgen, controleren en technisch nadenken.

• Je hebt ervaring met lassen

• Je wilt je laservaring inzetten in een meer technische operatorfunctie

• Je hebt technisch inzicht en kunt logisch redeneren

• Je kunt technische plannen lezen of wilt dit verder leren

• Je werkt nauwkeurig en controleert de kwaliteit van je werk

• Metaalbewerking en rolbruggen interesseren je

• Je kunt zelfstandig werken en overlegt vlot met collega's

• Je kunt je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands
