The posting

Als operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de goede werking van de lasrobot. Men beschikt over 5 lasrobotinstallaties.

  • Je zorgt voor het beladen van de aanvoer magazijnen en het afvoeren van afgewerkte producten met de rolbrug (producten zijn prefab pijpinstallaties voor brandbeveiligingsinstallaties)
  • Je controleert de gemaakte lasverbindingen en indien nodig repareer je deze met de laspost.
  • Regelmatig zal je ook vrachtwagens beladen met de rolbrug of werken aan de zaagmachine.

De aard vd functie vraagt een voldoende kennis van de Nederlandse taal om veilig en gelijk te kunnen werken.

Basiskennis van lassen met halfautomaat is vereist

Je bent bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken

Jobgerelateerde competenties

  • wijzigingen voorstellen en mee de werkwijze voor het lassen bepalen
  • preventief of correctief basisonderhoud van machines of uitrustingen uitvoeren
  • fouten evalueren en de nodige hernemingen of afwerkingsbewerkingen uitvoeren,(lasnaden, afzettingen, oppervlaktestaat,...)
  • de opvolggegevens van interventies registreren en de informatie doorgeven aan de betrokken dienst
  • werken met materialen : staal en legeringen
  • de conformiteit van het laswerk, de constructies en de assemblages controleren
  • het materieel controleren en de lasparameters ( intensiteit, debiet,...) regelen volgens het materiaal en de uit te voeren lasverbindingen.
