Operator Lasrobot //Dagdienst

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Als programmeur lasrobot neem je zelfstandig de volledige programmatie van de lasrobot in handen. Je werkt mee aan uiteenlopende projecten en draagt rechtstreeks bij aan de productie van hoogwaardige stalen constructies.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Zelfstandig programmeren, instellen en bedienen van de lasrobot
  • Controleren en beoordelen van lasnaden op kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid
  • Onderhouden en optimaliseren van CNC- en robotlasprocessen
  • Meedenken met productie en engineering om processen te verbeteren
  • Oplossen van storingen en uitvoeren van basisonderhoud aan de machines

PROFIEL

  • Aantoonbare ervaring met het programmeren van lasrobots
  • Grondige kennis van lasprocessen en lastechnieken
  • Ervaring met CNC-programmering en robotsystemen
  • Sterk technisch inzicht en vlot lezen van technische tekeningen
  • Flexibele, proactieve ingesteldheid
  • Goede communicatieve skills en teamspirit
  • Ervaring met halfautomaat lassen
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands
