Doel van de functie Als Operator van de lasrobot draag jij een belangrijke bijdrage aan de productie van DS Metaal. Vanuit onze afdeling voorbewerking komen componenten samen bij de Lasrobot. Jij voegt als operator de componenten samen in een mal en laat de lasrobot het onderdeel lassen. We maken veel verschillende complexe producten, dus er is afwisseling genoeg! Daarnaast willen wij je graag het vertrouwen geven om je te kunnen ontwikkelen, bijvoorbeeld in het bijstellen of zelfs schrijven van de lasprogramma's voor (nieuwe) producten. Wij zoeken een (ervaren) medewerker die kritisch is op zijn eigen werk en nadenkt over hoe hij zijn werk het meest efficiënt kan uitvoeren. Je hebt interesse in techniek, de toepassing van het door jouw gemaakte werk, bent een teamplayer, houdt van een positieve sfeer en neemt iets van een collega aan om samen verder te komen.
