We zijn op zoek naar Operators voor onze afdeling Liquid Processing die in de toekomst op zoek zijn naar doorgroeimogelijkheden! Met ruim 500 collega's maken we medischevoeding voor kwetsbare doelgroepen: baby's, ouderen en zieken. Daarom stellen we aan deze fabriek extra hoge eisen. We maken gebruik van de nieuwste technieken om een zo hoog mogelijke kwaliteit te behalen. Bij de afdeling waar wij collega's zoeken worden de ingrediënten omgetoverd tot één van onze velen producten die we maken. Je wordt opgeleid om op meerdere werkplekken inzetbaar te zijn. We zijn op zoek naar iemand die houdt van uitdaging en wil doorgroeien binnen productie. Bij de Liquid Processing worden de Grondstoffen van Raw Materials Handling verwerkt tot vloeibaar product. Hier houd jij je mee bezig: - Bedienen, instellen en controleren van onze machines volgens procedure of werkinstructie - Instellen van de apparatuur voor het juiste productieproces - Nemen van monsters en het analyseren van de halffabricaten en eventueel correcties berekenen en uitvoeren. - Uitvoeren van administratieve werkzaamheden zoals het openen en sluiten van productieorders, bijhouden van de verbruikte materialen en het rapporteren van afwijkingen. - Verrichten 1elijns onderhoud, troubleshooten en verhelpen van kleine verstoringen in de apparatuur Sobre ti - Je hebt een afgeronde (relevante) MBO- 3 of 4 opleiding - Je hebt werkervaring als procesoperator in een productie-omgeving, voedingsmiddelenindustrie is een pré - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal - Veiligheid , kwaliteit en hygi ë ne staat bij jou hoog...
