Je werkt met moderne machines en krijgt goede hulp van de technische dienst. Er is veel ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen via cursussen. Ook is er een actieve personeelsvereniging en een vitaliteitsprogramma voor alle medewerkers. Dit is een plek waar je met veel plezier werkt en elke dag weer bijdraagt aan een mooi resultaat voor de consument in een moderne werkomgeving.

Functieomschrijving: Als operator in Losser speel jij een belangrijke rol bij het maken van onze producten. Je bedient de machines en zorgt dat de productielijn goed blijft draaien. Je controleert constant of de kwaliteit voldoet aan onze hoge eisen. Wanneer er kleine problemen zijn met de techniek, los je deze samen met je team op.

Daarnaast vul je de verpakkingen aan en houd je jouw werkplek schoon. Hygiëne is bij ons erg belangrijk. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's om de planning te halen. Zo zorg jij dat onze producten veilig bij de klant terechtkomen. Het is een afwisselende functie in de 3-ploegendienst waarbij geen dag hetzelfde is.
