FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als operator in de maatwerkafdeling:

  • Je stelt de machine correct in en vervaardigt panelen op maat volgens de productiebon.
  • Je volgt de berekeningen op die door je collega aan de zaagmachine zijn voorgerekend.
  • Je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid om bestellingen kwalitatief en efficiënt af te werken, met een minimum aan verlies.
  • Je controleert de afmetingen van elk gelast paneel en houdt rekening met alle parameters.
  • Je verpakt de panelen zoals aangegeven op de productiebon of zoals gevraagd.
  • Je zorgt voor een duidelijke identificatie van afgewerkte bestellingen.
  • Je haalt panelen uit de voorraad.
  • Je zorgt voor netheid bij het halen en plaatsen van voorraad en afgewerkte orders.
  • Bij vragen, opmerkingen of problemen, raadpleeg je de ploegverantwoordelijke.
  • In overleg met de ploegverantwoordelijke voer je eventueel andere taken uit, zoals malen, standaardpanelen klaarzetten of een container laden.
  • Je houdt je strikt aan de regels betreffende orde en netheid en zorgt dagelijks voor een opgeruimde werkplaats.
  • Je draagt bij aan een goede werksfeer waarbij directe communicatielijnen met de directie centraal staan.

PROFIEL

Profiel

  • Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie of in een productieomgeving.
  • Bereidheid om in 2 ploegen te werken (5u tot 13u - 13u tot 21u).
  • Inzicht in processen en installaties.
  • Taalvaardigheid: Nederlands (zeer goed lezen, schrijven, spreken en begrijpen).
  • Sterke motivatie om te werken in een stabiel familiebedrijf en een actieve bijdrage te leveren aan kwaliteit en innovatie binnen een groeiende onderneming.
