Voor een stabiele productieonderneming in regio Veurne zijn we op zoek naar een Operator - Machinebediener Wol. In deze functie sta je mee aan de basis van het productieproces en zorg je ervoor dat vezels worden verwerkt tot hoogwaardige garens.

Ben je technisch ingesteld, werk je graag in een productieomgeving en steek je graag de handen uit de mouwen? Dan is deze job iets voor jou!

  • Dagelijks coördineer je de activiteiten binnen de inpakafdeling en zorg je voor een vlotte samenwerking op de werkvloer.
  • Samen met het team bewaak je de productieplanning en volg je de prestaties van de verpakkingslijnen nauwgezet op.
  • Naast het organiseren van de werkzaamheden sta je ook in voor het instellen, bedienen en optimaliseren van machines.
  • Bij technische storingen ga je actief op zoek naar de oorzaak en werk je mee aan een doeltreffende oplossing.
  • Kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie verliezen daarbij nooit je aandacht.
  • Werken met flowpackmachines behoort tot je dagelijkse uitdaging, waarbij je jouw kennis van de installaties verder uitbouwt.
  • Vanuit jouw ervaring denk je mee over verbeteringen die bijdragen aan een nog efficiënter productieproces.
  • Je hebt een stabiel werkverleden, technisch inzicht en ervaring binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring in de textielsector is geen must, maar zeker een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler met een positieve werkattitude.
  • Je bent bereid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken. Tijdens het weekend ben je telkens vrij.
  • Gezien de hoogte van de machines is een bepaalde lichaamslengte nodig om ergonomisch en vlot te kunnen werken.
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands en Frans.
