Voor een internationale marktleider in de tuinbouw zoeken wij een Operator Menglijn. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het productieproces en zorgt ervoor dat het eindproduct voldoet aan de hoogste kwaliteitseisen. Je krijgt direct een contract bij de opdrachtgever.

Wat ga je doen? - Instellen en bedienen van de menglijn; - Controleren van grondstoffen en eindproducten; - Monsters van substraat nemen, labelen en registreren; - Kleine storingen oplossen en onderhoud uitvoeren; - Productiegegevens bijhouden; - Afwijkingen melden op het gebied van kwaliteit en veiligheid.

Wat bieden wij? - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.000 en €3.300 op basis van fulltime - 24 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime dienstverband - Een premievrij pensioen en een jaarlijkse bonusregeling (% van het jaarsalaris op basis van prestaties en bedrijfsresultaat) en mogelijke deelname aan diverse verzekeringen en sporten met korting. - Vast dienstverband bij de opdrachtgever

Waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag bij Europa's grootste leverancier van substraten en marktleider in de tuinbouw. Je werkt in een moderne productieomgeving waar veiligheid, kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan. Samen met een hecht team zorg je voor een soepel productieproces.

Wat vragen wij? - MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur technisch; - Ervaring als operator in een productieomgeving; - Technisch inzicht en oog voor kwaliteit; - Je werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig; - Je bent bereid om in ploegendienst en soms op zaterdag te werken.
