Deze organisatie levert substraten en grondstoffen voor de professionele tuinbouw en aanverwante markten. Jij verwerkt, mengt en verpakt bulkgrondstoffen in verschillende productielijnen en houdt toezicht op de kwaliteit van eindproducten. Het bedrijf voert werkzaamheden uit vanaf ontvangst van grondstoffen tot en met het controleren en verzenden van producten, met nadruk op procedurele vastlegging en kwaliteit. De productieomgeving vereist aandacht voor veiligheid, duurzaamheid en efficiency. Jij bedient installaties, voert kleine onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit en registreert productiegegevens. Als Operator Menglijnen ben jij betrokken bij procesbewaking en het verbeteren van werkmethoden. De werkzaamheden bieden directe betrokkenheid bij betrouwbare levering en procesoptimalisatie. Salaris: €2600 - €4500 per maand. Functie-inhoud - Jij bedient en bewaakt de menglijnen en productieprocessen; - Jij controleert de kwaliteit van grondstoffen en eindproducten en grijpt in bij afwijkingen; - Jij voert zelfstandig kleine onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit en stelt machines bij om continuïteit te waarborgen; - Jij registreert productiegegevens en voert controles uit volgens voorschriften; - Jij werkt samen met collega's binnen het productieteam en draagt bij aan een veilige en efficiënte productie; - Jij bedient en bewaakt batch- en semi-continue menginstallaties met mixers, doseerpompen, transportbanden, weeginstallaties en verpakkingsmachines; - Jij stelt producten en recepten in via PLC/SCADA-systemen en past procesparameters aan binnen vastgestelde grenzen; - Jij voert eerstelijns foutanalyse en kleine technische reparaties uit en schaalt complexere storingen op naar technische dienst of de ploegleider; - Jij neemt monsters voor visuele en meetbare kwaliteitscontroles zoals gewicht, vochtgehalte en pH en draagt bij aan registratie voor laboratoriumanalyses; - Jij rapporteert veiligheidshandelingen, neemt deel aan toolboxmeetings en werkt volgens ATEX- en veiligheidsprocedure.

- MBO richting Procestechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar; - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving of als operator; - Technisch inzicht en praktische onderhoudsvaardigheden; - Veiligheidsbewustzijn en het volgen van werk- en kwaliteitsinstructies; - Zelfstandig, stressbestendig en praktisch ingesteld;
