Als Operator mengproces (2-ploegen) krijg je een sleutelrol in het productieproces van onze chocopasta. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle ingrediënten correct worden afgewogen, toegevoegd en verwerkt volgens de strikte recepten en kwaliteitsnormen. Je werkt in een moderne, geautomatiseerde omgeving waar orde, netheid en hygiëne centraal staan.

Op een doorsnee werkdag ontvang je grondstoffen, controleer je de kwaliteit en volg je het volledige mengproces op via de controlekamer. Je bedient en stelt de menginstallaties in, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en registreert alle productie- en procesgegevens zorgvuldig. Ook het aanvoeren van materialen met de heftruck en het reinigen van installaties horen bij jouw taken. Je werkt in een vast ploegensysteem (vroege/late) en draagt steeds bij aan een veilige, propere en efficiënte werkvloer.

  • Ervaring als operator of in de voedingssector is een pluspunt
  • Goede kennis van HACCP en voedselveiligheidsnormen
  • Ervaring met industriële menginstallaties en weeg/doseerapparatuur
  • Vlot in het registreren en rapporteren van productiegegevens
  • Je bent een teamspeler met technisch en organisatorisch inzicht
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, hygiënebewust en kwaliteitsgericht
  • Je hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en werkt graag veilig
  • Stressbestendig en flexibel inzetbaar
