Als operator maak jij het verschil bij een toonaangevend productiebedrijf in de regio Tielt. Je staat in voor het bedienen en opvolgen van machines in een 2-ploegensysteem of tijdens de nacht. Je zorgt voor een vlotte opstart, volgt de kwaliteit mee op en controleert het proces. Jouw focus ligt op nauwkeurigheid, veiligheid en samenwerken met je collega’s. Je begint je shift met een korte overdracht, controleert de machines en start de productie op. Je houdt alles goed in de gaten, voert tussentijdse controles uit en grijpt in bij afwijkingen. Je werkt graag in team en denkt mee over verbeteringen op de werkvloer. Initiatief nemen wordt gewaardeerd.
