The posting

Voor een Textielbedrijf met Coatingafdeling in Bornem zijn we op zoek naar een operator in 2 ploegen.

In Bornem maken ze allerlei Coatings, zij gaan mee met de Chemiesector. Je werkt als PMH operator en staat in voor het samenstellen, maken en afvullen van coatings = (kleur)mengsels.

Je werkt dagelijks ook met de heftruck, dit zowel met vorken én klemmen (voor de tonnen).

De grondstoffen worden bijna allemaal aangeleverd door jou met een heftruck, enkel de zakken van 25 kg worden manueel gestapeld. Je staat in voor het bedienen en opvolgen van productie- en afvulmachines. Daarnaast zorg je voor een correcte registratie en het nauwkeurig invullen van productie- en kwaliteitsdocumenten. Tot slot ben je verantwoordelijk voor het reinigen en onderhouden van de machines volgens de geldende hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.

Dit is gevarieerd werk als operator met veel zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid.

Onze klant vindt een stabiel werkverleden van belang voor de interne opleiding én zekerheid tot een samenwerking op lange termijn.

Ervaring én een attest van de heftruck (of reach of combi) is een must, anders kan je er niet opstarten!

  • Ervaring als operator is mooi meegenomen
  • Je bent in het bezit van een geldig hef- (en/of reachtruck-) attest
  • Kennis SAP & CMR is een plus
  • Je wenst met chemische producten te werken en wordt ook niet afgeschrikt door de geur (verf/white-spirit ...)
  • 2 ploegen lukken goed voor jou, sporadisch ben je flexibel inzetbaar in de nacht/dag of vaste namiddag. deze laatste drie opties kunnen niet afzonderlijk én zelf gekozen worden. Het vast regime en meest voorkomend dat je in werkt is dus 2 ploegen
  • Je hebt een vlotte verbinding tot Bornem
  • Als je sporadisch met een volgelaatmasker moet werken, schrikt dit je niet af.
  • Je bent niet bang om de handen uit de mouwen te steken en fysiek werk schrikt je niet af!
