Als operator zaagmachine ben jij de persoon die het hele zaagproces in handen heeft. 🛠️ Je dag begint met het uit het rek halen van de profielen die jij die dag zelf moet zagen – je bent dus niet de hele tijd spullen aan het picken, maar net voldoende om jouw werk vlot te laten verlopen. Daarna stel je via het computerprogramma de juiste parameters in, zodat de machine perfect weet wat er moet gebeuren. Je plaatst de stukken in de machine, klikt alles stevig vast en controleert het hele proces. Zijn de stukken klaar? Dan werk je ze indien nodig handmatig bij en check je de kwaliteit nauwkeurig. 🔍

Je werkt flexibel: als het nodig is, help je even bij in een ander deel van het proces, maar het grootste deel van je tijd ben je bezig met het bedienen van de machine en het controleren van je eigen werk. Je werkt in een 2-ploegensysteem met vaste uren: vroege ploeg van 5u tot 13u en late ploeg van 13u tot 21u. 🕑
