Je gaat aan de slag bij een firma die topkwaliteit biedt op vlak van metaal. Al jaren leveren ze bij klanten actief in de bouwsector, maar ook architecten, landbouwers, kleine en grote ondernemingen, ... Wat doe je als metaaloperator in de nacht?

Eens je goed ingewerkt bent, neem jij de touwtjes stevig in handen:

  • Je vervangt onderdelen nog vóór ze voor problemen zorgen – jij houdt de lijn draaiende
  • Je houdt alles in de gaten en grijpt meteen in als iets niet loopt zoals het moet
  • Je registreert je werk in het systeem (SAP of iets gelijkaardigs – dat leer je vanzelf)
  • Moet er iets verplaatst worden? Jij regelt dat vlot met de heftruck
  • Je werkt veilig, netjes en gestructureerd – dat zit gewoon in je flow
  • Je krijgt een vaste plek aan een lijn bijvoorbeeld aan de plooibank, de profileerlijn, zaagmachine, ... Tal van mogelijkheden!

Werkuren (nachtshift)

Je werkt van 22u tot 6u (op vrijdag tot 4u15) – ideaal als jij liever ’s nachts knalt en overdag vrij bent.
