FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor een internationale producent regio Waregem van hoogwaardig beslag voor ramen en deuren, ben ik op zoek naar een operator voor het behandelen van metaal.

Als operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor een belangrijke stap in het productieproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat aluminium onderdelen een beschermende en slijtvaste laag krijgen via een geavanceerde behandeling in verschillende baden.

Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Bedienen van een rolbrug om onderdelen doorheen de verschillende procesbaden te verplaatsen.
  • Manueel ophangen en afnemen van onderdelen.
  • Controleren van de kwaliteit van de afgewerkte stukken.
  • Opvolgen van het productieproces en ingrijpen bij kleine technische storingen.
  • Uitvoeren van basis onderhoud aan de installaties.
  • Zorgen voor een veilige, nette en georganiseerde werkplek.

PROFIEL

  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op.
  • Ervaring met een rolbrug is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je bent technisch aangelegd en leert graag nieuwe processen aan.
  • Je houdt van orde, structuur en veilig werken.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een afwisselend ploegensysteem.
