In deze functie als operator vraag je productieorders op in MII, stel je de machine in en registreer je de productie in MII/SAP.

  • Je stuurt de gevraagde aantallen en lengtes correct door naar de machine.
  • Je stelt de machine correct in om een kwalitatief eindproduct te garanderen.
  • Je voert de voorgeschreven metingen uit, vergelijkt de resultaten met de tolerantiegrenzen en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je maakt de nodige registraties in MII/SAP en bevestigt wat geproduceerd werd.
  • Je verpakt afgewerkte producten volgens de geldende verpakkingsinstructies.
  • Je voert producten af met de rolbrug of heftruck en zorgt voor correcte scanning en registratie.
  • Je werkt volgens de richtlijnen voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en netheid.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd of gelijkwaardige ervaring opgebouwd.
  • Je kan werken met een heftruck; een heftruckattest is een plus.
  • Ervaring met een rolbrug is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je werkt veilig en met aandacht voor kwaliteit.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je machine en output.
