Onze klant is gevestigd in Londerzeel. Als deel van een grote groep vervaardigt het bedrijf draai- en freeswerken van lichte constructies in allerei vorm en formaten.

Jobomschrijving

Als CNC operator te Londerzeel zal je dag er ongeveer zo uitzien :

Werkdag:

  • Beginnen met een ploegoverdracht (input van vorige ploeg) en instructies van de leidinggevende.
  • Controleren of de draaibank en gereedschappen in goede staat zijn.
  • Lezen van technische tekeningen en opdrachten.
  • Instellen van de draaibank (meestal CNC of conventioneel).
  • Selecteren van het juiste gereedschap en materiaal.
  • Draaien van metalen onderdelen: bewerken, boren, schuren, etc.
  • Regelmatig meten en controleren van de onderdelen met meetgereedschap.
  • Werkstukken en machines schoonmaken.
  • Registreren van de werkzaamheden en het aantal geproduceerde onderdelen.

Werkzaamheden:

  • Werken met een draaibank (manueel of CNC).
  • Bewerking van metaal of kunststof tot precieze onderdelen.
  • Afstellen, instellen en onderhouden van machines.
  • Kwaliteitscontrole uitvoeren.
  • Werkvoorraad up-to-date houden.
  • Inpakken en labelen van afgewerkte producten.
  • Instellen, bedienen en onderhouden van machines.
  • Bewerken van metalen tot onderdelen volgens tekening.
  • Controles uitvoeren (afmetingen, kwaliteit).
  • Producten afwerken (schuren, polijsten).
  • Kleine storingen verhelpen.
  • Productiegegevens administreren.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Als metaalbewerker bezit je volgende kenmerken :

  • Technische kennis:
  • Goed technisch inzicht. Kan technische tekeningen lezen en begrijpen. Kent de eigenschappen van verschillende metalen (staal, aluminium, etc.).
  • Machinaal werken:
  • Bedient machinale gereedschappen zoals draaibank, freesmachine, boormachine, CNC machines.
  • Precisie & nauwkeurigheid:
  • Werkt erg precies. Kan meten en controleren met micrometers, schuifmaten, meetklokken.
  • Probleemoplossend vermogen:
  • Kan storingen of afwijkingen snel opsporen en kleine reparaties uitvoeren.
  • Zelfstandig & teamgericht:
  • Kan zelfstandig werken, maar werkt ook in teamverband. Vaak in ploegendienst.
  • Veiligheid & kwaliteit:
  • Werkt veilig volgens voorschriften (PBM’s zoals veiligheidsbril, gehoorbescherming). Houdt de kwaliteit van het werk hoog.
  • Fysiek:
  • Fit en bereid om staand te werken en soms zwaarder werk te doen.
