Ben jij technisch ingesteld en werk je graag met moderne productiemachines? Voor een innovatieve producent binnen de metaalindustrie zijn wij op zoek naar een Operator. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het instellen, bedienen en bewaken van productiemachines waarmee hoogwaardige metalen onderdelen worden vervaardigd voor uiteenlopende sectoren. Je komt terecht in een professionele werkomgeving waar kwaliteit, vakmanschap en ontwikkeling centraal staan. Wat ga je doen? Als Operator zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces soepel verloopt. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het instellen van machines en gereedschappen, het bewaken van de productie en het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op de geproduceerde onderdelen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Instellen en ombouwen van productiemachines en randapparatuur. Bewaken van het productieproces en bijsturen waar nodig. Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en meten van producten. Signaleren en melden van storingen en afwijkingen. Zorgen voor een tijdige aan- en afvoer van materialen. Meedenken over verbeteringen in het productieproces. Wat kun jij? Voor deze functie zoeken wij een kandidaat die technisch inzicht combineert met een nauwkeurige werkhouding. Wij vragen: MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting. Affiniteit met metaalbewerking of productieomgevingen. Het kunnen lezen van technische tekeningen. Oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid. Een zelfstandige en proactieve werkhouding. Bereidheid om in een 2-ploegendienst te werken. Wat krijg je? Daarnaast kun je rekenen op: Een markconform salaris conform de CAO Metaal & Techniek (€ 2.500,00 – € 3.500,00 bruto per maand, o.b.v. 38 uur per week) afhankelijk van je _eeftijd en werkervaring. Arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de cao Metaal & Techniek. Mogelijkheden om vakgerichte opleidingen en trainingen te volgen. Een
