Via de erkende alarmcentrale van SERIS reageren we 24/7 op meldingen over uw gebouw(en), terrein(en) of eigendommen. Dankzij slimme technologieën worden incidenten, noodscenario's, faciliteiten, verdachte activiteiten of afwijkingen direct gesignaleerd, zodat er snel kan worden ingegrepen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden?

Als operator in onze alarmcentrale werk je in een mentaal veeleisende control room. Je analyseert continu alarmen en camerabeelden, beoordeelt situaties snel en beslist welke actie nodig is. Je moet in staat zijn om meerdere schermen tegelijk te volgen, prioriteiten te stellen en adequaat te reageren, ook in drukke of stressvolle momenten. Dit is een functie waarin je logisch en analytisch moet denken, snel moet handelen en nauwkeurig moet werken, terwijl je doorlopend communiceert met klanten, interventiediensten en collega's.

  • Administratieve opvolging in real time uitvoeren
  • Meerdere schermen tegelijk gebruiken en prioriteiten correct stellen
  • Snel en doordacht beslissingen nemen, ook onder hoge druk

Wie we zoeken

  • Je kan geconcentreerd en gefocust werken
  • Je denkt logisch en analytisch, kan snel situaties inschatten en actie ondernemen
  • Je kan snel schakelen tussen taken, zonder het overzicht te verliezen
  • Je volgt procedures nauwkeurig en correct
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en professioneel via de telefoon
  • Je hebt de juiste attitude, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en maturiteit - je weet van aanpakken
  • Je bent tweetalig (NL/FR)
  • Je beschikt over een EXE04 attest
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs en een eigen wagen
  • Werken in 12-uurshiften schrikt je niet af
  • Je vindt het niet erg om werk te doen waarbij je 12 uur lang intensief telefoneert in een drukke, stressvolle omgeving
