Je gaat aan de slag bij een internationale en innovatieve organisatie te Roeselare gespecialiseerd in de verwerking en recyclage van bedrijfsafval. Dankzij moderne installaties en een sterke focus op duurzaamheid wordt dagelijks gewerkt aan het optimaal hergebruiken en verwerken van diverse afvalstromen.

Heb jij ervaring als schadehersteller en wil jij jouw carrière verder uitbouwen in een zeer stabiel bedrijf? In ruil krijg je hiervoor een mooi startloon rond 19,5930 bruto/uur aangevuld met nachttoeslag van € 3,049 per uur, maaltijdcheques van 10 euro en maskervergoeding van € 17,0955 per dag.

  • Samen met je collega's volg je de verschillende installaties binnen het waterzuiveringsproces nauwgezet op en stuur je bij waar nodig.
  • Je bedient procesreactoren voor de conditionering en behandeling van industriële afvalwaterstromen.
  • Via kwaliteitscontroles bewaak je een correcte en efficiënte verwerking van de diverse afvalwaters.
  • Je staat in voor de bediening van kamerfilterpersen, rolbruggen en containervrachtwagens.
  • Binnen de biologische waterzuivering monitor je de processen en neem je gepaste acties bij afwijkingen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat installaties en onderdelen veilig worden gesteld en vergrendeld volgens de geldende veiligheidsprocedures.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur al ervaring als operator, waardoor je snel je weg vindt binnen nieuwe processen en installaties.
  • Dankzij jouw technisch inzicht en praktische ingesteldheid weet je kleine storingen of problemen zelfstandig aan te pakken.
  • Veiligheid, orde en nauwkeurigheid staan voor jou altijd centraal, en je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk.
  • Een basiskennis van chemie is een pluspunt en helpt je om de verschillende processen correct te begrijpen en op te volgen.
  • Ervaring met een heftruck of containervrachtwagen is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste. Via interne en externe opleidingen krijg je de kans om deze vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Je start met een grondige opleidingsperiode in dagploeg (ongeveer twee maanden). Daarna stap je over naar een vaste nachtploeg van 20.45 uur tot 06.36 uur.
  • Je werkt volgens een afwisselend schema: de ene week 40 uur (zondag tot en met donderdag), de andere week 34 uur (maandag tot en met donderdag).
