In deze rol krijg je de kans om samen met jouw vaste equipe diverse processen te optimaliseren,, een veilige en efficiënte werking te garanderen en het realiseren van technische verbeterprojecten.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij stelt computergestuurde machines nauwkeurig in en bedient ze met focus op efficiëntie en betrouwbaarheid
  • Kwaliteit staat bij jou voorop: je voert controles uit en grijpt meteen in wanneer iets afwijkt van de norm
  • Afgewerkte producten verpak je correct volgens de geldende procedures, zodat alles klaar is voor verzending
  • Samen met je collega’s zorg je voor een goed draaiende productie en houd je de werkplek veilig en ordelijk
  • Bij voorkeur kan je terugkijken op enkele jaren ervaring binnen een rol als technisch operator of ben je een gedreven schoolverlater binnen een technische richting
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die energie haalt uit samenwerken binnen een vast, hecht team waar iedereen op elkaar kan rekenen
  • Nauwkeurigheid zit in je DNA: je werkt gestructureerd, hebt oog voor detail en houdt je werkplek graag ordelijk en proper
