Ben jij iemand die nauwkeurig en zelfstandig werkt en oog heeft voor kwaliteit? Ligt repetitief werk jou goed en is een vaste nachtploeg precies wat je zoekt? Voor een stabiele productieomgeving zijn we op zoek naar een kwaliteitsoperator die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt over het eindproduct.

Waar je voor instaat:

  • Als kwaliteitsoperator controleer je geproduceerde materialen zorgvuldig op mogelijke afwijkingen
  • Volgens de planning haal je de juiste producten uit stock met behulp van een vorkheftruck met pin of rolbrug
  • Je brengt het te controleren materiaal naar de inspectiemachine en maakt de installatie klaar voor gebruik
  • Tijdens de controle spoor je eventuele kwaliteitsafwijkingen op en registreer je deze correct in het IT-systeem
  • Waar mogelijk voer je kleine herstellingen zelfstandig uit
  • Na de controle zorg je voor het verpakken en verzendklaar maken van het gecontroleerde product
  • Tijdens de nacht werk je zelfstandig binnen de afdeling en neem je verantwoordelijkheid voor een correcte uitvoering van de controles
  • Een rustige en zelfstandige medewerker die graag individueel werkt
  • Iemand met een sterk oog voor detail en een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Repetitief en geconcentreerd werk vormt voor jou geen probleem
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen productie, kwaliteitscontrole of als operator is mooi meegenomen
  • Ervaring met een vorkheftruck en/of rolbrug is een pluspunt
  • Een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands is belangrijk om instructies en procedures correct te begrijpen
  • Veiligheid en nauwkeurig werken staan voorop
  • Bereidheid om een interne opleiding van maximaal 2 maanden in 2 ploegen te volgen
  • Nadien ben je bereid om in een vaste nachtploeg te werken
