The posting

Werk mee aan de productie van diepgevroren voedingsproducten tijdens de nachtshift binnen een modern en groeiend productiebedrijf.

Als allround operator in de nacht ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen, instellen, omstellen en opvolgen van verschillende productielijnen. Je zorgt ervoor dat het productieproces vlot, veilig en volgens de geldende kwaliteitsnormen verloopt. Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit, neemt stalen en registreert productie- en controlegegevens nauwkeurig. Daarnaast stel je machines correct af, los je kleine technische storingen zelfstandig op en werk je met PLC-besturingen. Ook het reinigen en desinfecteren van de machines behoort tot je taken, zodat de hygiëne- en kwaliteitsnormen steeds worden nageleefd. Samen met je collega's werk je aan een efficiënte en kwalitatieve productie.

Je werkt met moderne productielijnen in een dynamische productieomgeving waar kwaliteit centraal staat. Tijdens de kwaliteitscontroles proef je producten om de smaak en kwaliteit te beoordelen. Houd er rekening mee dat je hierbij ook producten kunt tegenkomen die varkensvlees bevatten. Je werkt in een vaste nachtploeg, waardoor je deel uitmaakt van een team dat ook buiten de reguliere kantooruren zorgt voor een vlot productieproces. - Vaardigheden: Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een scherp oog voor kwaliteit en detail, zodat het productieproces steeds aan de vooropgestelde normen voldoet. Dankzij je technisch inzicht stel je machines correct in en stuur je ze bij waar nodig.

Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk en leeft de veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en hygiënevoorschriften strikt na. Daarnaast ben je flexibel en bereid om in een vaste nachtploeg te werken.

Je bent een echte teamspeler die vlot samenwerkt en helder communiceert met collega's, maar je kan ook zelfstandig aan de slag en neemt initiatief om kleine storingen of afwijkingen op te lossen.

Tot slot ben je bereid om producten te proeven in het kader van kwaliteitscontroles, ook wanneer deze varkensvlees bevatten.

- Attesten: Voor deze functie zijn geen specifieke attesten vereist.

- Opleidingsvereisten: Een technische of beroepsopleiding vormt een mooie meerwaarde, maar is geen vereiste. Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving of de voedingssector is zeker een troef en wordt sterk gewaardeerd.

- Vakkennis: Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving of de voedingssector is een belangrijke troef. Heb je al kennis van productieprocessen en het bedienen van machines, dan is dat mooi meegenomen. Daarnaast is een basiskennis van de hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften binnen de voedingssector een pluspunt.

Je beschikt bij voorkeur over technisch inzicht, waardoor je kleine storingen snel kunt herkennen en zelfstandig kunt oplossen. Ben je gemotiveerd om deze kennis verder uit te bouwen? Dan krijg je daar alle kansen voor.

- Talenkennis: Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
