The posting

Wil jij niet zomaar aan een machine staan, maar mee je schouders zetten onder een productie die volop in beweging is?

Begin dit jaar startte in Sint-Truiden een gloednieuw familiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in recycling en kunststofverwerking. Kunststofgranulaat wordt er verwerkt tot sterke kunststofplaten voor onder andere omheiningen, terrassen en straatmeubilair.

Je wordt één van de 4 mensen die de productie mee draagt. Tijdens jouw nachtshift zorg je ervoor dat de machines blijven draaien en het afgewerkte product klaarstaat.

Je taken zijn gevarieerd:

  • Je vult de mixer met kunststofgranulaat.
  • Je volgt het productieproces op, van het versmelten van de grondstof tot de afgewerkte kunststofplank.
  • Je poetst de planken en snijdt restjes zorgvuldig weg.
  • Je verpakt de afgewerkte producten.
  • Je laadt en lost vrachtwagens en hebt rechtstreeks contact met chauffeurs.
  • Je verplaatst materialen met de heftruck.
  • Je werkt met een rolbrug wanneer nodig; ervaring hiermee is geen must.
  • Bij een storing denk je eerst zelf logisch na en probeer je het probleem op te lossen. Indien nodig kan je rekenen op de technieker.

Voor deze functie zoeken we geen afwachtende operator. Je krijgt vertrouwen en verantwoordelijkheid en moet zelfstandig kunnen werken.

  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en redeneert logisch.
  • Je ziet werk en neemt zelf initiatief.
  • Een betrouwbare werkhouding is belangrijk, omwille van de brede verantwoordelijkheid die je krijgt.
  • De planken kunnen tot 30 kg wegen. Een goede fysieke conditie en zin om actief bezig te zijn zijn dus belangrijk.
  • Je communiceert eerlijk en duidelijk.
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands, belangrijk voor veiligheid en samenwerking.
  • Je hebt ervaring met een heftruck. Een attest kan indien nodig via Synergie behaald worden.
  • Ervaring met een rolbrug is mooi meegenomen.
