Als Operator Kleinverpakking ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig bedienen, instellen en opvolgen van onze automatische verpakkingslijnen. Je zorgt voor een optimaal rendement van de lijn, bewaakt de strengste kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen en stelt de apparatuur nauwkeurig af. Zoek je een uitdagende technische/operationele rol in een hoogtechnologische voedingsomgeving? Dan is deze functie jou op het lijf geschreven!

  • Aantoonbare ervaring in een soortgelijke functie als verpakkingsoperator of procesoperator.
  • Technisch inzicht voor het instellen en bijsturen van verpakkings- en etiketteermachines.
  • Digitaal vaardig: ervaring met registratiesystemen (Navision) is een troef.
  • Nauwkeurig in administratie en het opvolgen van kwaliteits- en reinigingsinstructies.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken, maar ook een echte teamspeler die instructies helder overbrengt.
  • Correct instellen en bedienen van de verpakkingsmachine, metaaldetector, gewichtscontrole, dozensluiter en etikettering.
  • Opvolgen van de productieplanning en registratie van eventuele afwijkingen in Navision.
  • Opvragen en controleren van bakken en grondstoffen (product, leverancier, datum, klant).
  • Continu bewaken van het rendement van de lijn en onmiddellijk ingrijpen of verwittigen bij stilstand.
  • Uitvoeren en opnemen van kwaliteitscontroles (stempels, lasnaden, etiketten) en invullen van kwaliteitsdocumenten (o.a. F05).
  • Garanderen van de veiligheid, orde en netheid op de werkplek.
