Als operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Werken in vaste nachtdienst op onze geautomatiseerde productieafdeling met diverse productielijnen;
  • Leiden van het proces om een efficiënte werking te garanderen en stilstanden te minimaliseren;
  • Handhaven van hoge kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen tijdens de uitvoering van taken;
  • Instellen en bedienen van afvul- en verpakkingsmachines volgens werkinstructies;
  • Samenwerken met collega's om het proces te optimaliseren en storingen te minimaliseren;
  • Verantwoordelijk voor de reiniging van installaties volgens instructies;
  • Controleren van verschillende processtappen en oplossen van kleine storingen;
  • Uitvoeren van productwissels en ombouw van machines;
  • Opleiden van startende operatoren met aandacht voor netheid en hygiëne conform voedselveiligheidsnormen.

Om in aanmerking te komen voor de functie van operator voldoe je aan het volgende:

  • Als operator in de vaste nacht dien je te beschikken over een technische achtergrond. Deze kennis heb je opgedaan vanuit een technische A2 opleiding of relevante werkervaring;
  • Ook beschik je over relevante werkervaring binnen een productie omgeving en ben je in staat om zelfstandig klein technisch onderhoud uit te voeren;
  • Je bent iemand die het belangrijk vindt om een stabiele loopbaan te hebben en zet je in voor een langdurige samenwerking;
  • Als operator ben je beschikbaar om in de vaste nacht te werken. Je werkdagen zijn van zondagnacht tot en met vrijdagochtend waarbij je start om 22 uur in de avond en jouw werkdag er op zit om 6 uur in de ochtend;
  • Je kan snel reageren wanneer er storingen zijn en denkt oplossing- en resultaatgericht;
  • Daarnaast vindt je het belangrijk om de veiligheidsvoorschriften goed op te volgen en de nodige hygiëne regels omdat je binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie werkzaam bent.
