Nasz klient to wiecej niz producent szkla. To firma rodzinna z miedzynarodowym spojrzeniem, napedzana technologia, zrównowazonym rozwojem i ludzmi.

W dziale IS naszego klienta (Dzial Formowania Szkla, Hot End) stopione szklo trafia z pieca szklarskiego, gdzie jest ciete na krople szklane (goby) i transportowane za pomoca feedera na linie produkcyjna. Nastepnie kropla szkla trafia do formy, gdzie jest nadmuchiwana do odpowiedniego ksztaltu i pokrywana powloka ochronna na goraco. W tym dziale odgrywasz kluczowa role w obsludze, monitorowaniu oraz optymalizacji procesu produkcyjnego, dbajac o jego jakosc i efektywnosc.

Jobomschrijving

Jako Operator w dziale produkcji naszego klienta, znajdziesz sie w ich bijacym sercu produkcji szkla.

Zakres obowiazków:

  • Zapewnianie prawidlowego przebiegu procesu produkcyjnego poprzez m.in. obsluge i kontrole systemów sterowania gobami, odprezarki (lehr) oraz systemów transportowych, regulacje parametrów procesu i kontrole wartosci temperatur.
  • Przygotowywanie niezbednego wyposazenia przed przezbrojeniami oraz wymiana elementów ogniotrwalych.
  • Czyszczenie i konserwacja maszyn, instalacji oraz stanowiska pracy.
  • Identyfikowanie, zglaszanie i wlasciwe dokumentowanie usterek technicznych oraz odchylen procesowych.
  • Kontrola jakosci poprzez wykonywanie pomiarów i inspekcji (m.in. pomiary wagi, ciepla i temperatury) oraz prowadzenie dokumentacji dotyczacej danych procesowych, numerów form i ustawien produkcyjnych.
  • Przekazywanie informacji podczas zmiany zmiany roboczej, zapewniajac plynne przejecie obowiazków przez kolejna brygade.

Stanowisko wymaga dbalosci o bezpieczenstwo, jakosc, wspólprace zespolowa oraz ciagle doskonalenie procesów produkcyjnych.

Nastepujace kryteria sa wazne:

  • Doswiadczenie w srodowisku produkcyjnym.
  • Chec uczestnictwa w szkoleniach dziennych w róznych lokalizacjach szkoleniowych.
  • Umiejetnosc obslugi komputera.
  • Dobra znajomosc jezyka angielskiego lub niderlandzkiego.
  • Aktywne przyczynianie sie do przyjemnej atmosfery w zespole i pomoc kolegom.
  • Elastycznosc w zakresie obowiazków, szczególnie w fazie rozruchu.
  • Brak problemów z praca w cieplym srodowisku (temperatury do 40 stopni).
  • Praca fizyczna nie odstrasza Cie.
  • Podstawowa wiedza techniczna.
