Onze klant is een industrieel bedrijf gevestigd in Genk, dat gespecialiseerd is in de ontwikkeling en productie van lijm-, afdichtings- en coatingoplossingen voor de auto-industrie. Het bedrijf maakt deel uit van een internationale groep en levert innovatieve producten die gebruikt worden bij de assemblage van voertuigen om prestaties, duurzaamheid en bescherming te verbeteren.

Jobomschrijving

Voor onze klant, actief in de chemiesector, zijn wij op zoek naar een technisch operator voor de pilotafdeling die kan werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel. Werk je graag nauwkeurig, ben je in het bezit van een geldig heftruckattest en hou je ervan om met kleinere, testmatige producties te werken? Lees dan zeker verder.

Jouw taken:

  • Het bereiden en verwerken van producten in kleine hoeveelheden volgens specifieke recepturen en testopstellingen.
  • Het bedienen van diverse installaties zoals mengers, doseerapparatuur en filtratiesystemen op pilootschaal.
  • Nauwkeurig afwegen en doseren van grondstoffen volgens voorschrift.
  • Correct uitvoeren van staalnames en registreren van resultaten voor kwaliteitscontrole.
  • Actief meedenken en ondersteunen bij testproducties en procesoptimalisaties.
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen en deze rapporteren volgens de geldende procedures.
  • Zorg dragen voor een ordelijke en veilige werkplek, met aandacht voor afvalstromen en milieuregels.
  • Procedures opzoeken, interpreteren en correct toepassen.
  • Werken volgens de geldende richtlijnen rond kwaliteit, veiligheid en welzijn.
  • Minimaal een technisch diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je werkt zeer nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, zeker bij kleine hoeveelheden en testprocessen.
  • Sterk in logisch redeneren en probleemoplossend denken.
  • Hands-on ingesteld en flexibel binnen een testomgeving.
  • Teamplayer met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, maar ook zelfstandig sterk.
  • Veiligheid, orde en netheid draag je hoog in het vaandel.
  • In het bezit zijn van een heftruckattest is een vereiste.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
