Operator productie | Leer, groei en maak het verschil Een computergestuurde machine die precies doet wat jij hebt ingesteld. Een product dat even later klaar is voor de volgende stap. En jij? Jij weet precies wat er op de werkvloer gebeurt en grijpt in zodra dat nodig is. Als operator krijg je bij onze klant de kans om een technische job te leren, je kennis verder uit te bouwen en stap voor stap sterker te worden in je vak.

Wat ga je doen? Je hoeft geen jarenlange ervaring als operator mee te brengen. Misschien heb je net je school afgerond, misschien ben je al vertrouwd met productie of misschien ben je gewoon toe aan een nieuwe richting. Zolang je graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en wil bijleren, krijg je hier de ruimte om erin te groeien. Als operator zorg je ervoor dat de productie blijft draaien:

  • Je stelt computergestuurde machines correct in
  • Je volgt het productieproces nauwgezet op
  • Je controleert of het eindproduct aan de kwaliteitseisen voldoet
  • Je stuurt parameters bij wanneer dat nodig is
  • Je verpakt het product wanneer de productieflow dat vraagt
  • Je denkt mee over verbeteringen op de werkvloer
  • Je werkt samen met collega's en leert gaandeweg de machines steeds beter kennen

Ervaring als machineoperator is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen must. Onze klant investeert bewust in mensen die de juiste ingesteldheid hebben en verder willen groeien. Leren gebeurt niet alleen via opleidingen, maar ook door ervaring op te doen en kennis te delen met collega's.
