De voornaamste taken van een Operator pack zijn:

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de bediening van een afvullijn volgens de standaarden en systemen die je worden aangeleerd.

Je waakt over de kwaliteit van het product, verpakking en de afvullijn. Dit houdt in dat je geregelde controles doet op de lijn waaronder het proeven van onze (drink)yoghurtproducten.

Je doet technische interventies aan de lijn. Dit houdt onder andere in:

  • Melden van defecten en waar mogelijk zelf herstellen
  • preventief onderhoud; het smeren van de machine en andere preventieve onderhoudstaken voer je zelf uit.

Reinigingstaken uitvoeren aan de lijn en in je werkomgeving.

  • Hygiëne is een prioriteit in functie van voedselveiligheid.

Je neemt eigenaarschap over je lijn. Dat wil zeggen:

  • Het bepalen van de basiscondities van de lijn en deze parameters opvolgen Het opvolgen en beheren van je lijn doe je conform de visie van het bedrijf en door het gebruik van digitale tools
  • Het schrijven, maken en delen van werkinstructies, nadat je hiervoor de nodige opleidingen hebt gekregen
  • Het opmaken van centerlines, met ondersteuning van de Process Lead.
  • Je bouwt de machine om in functie van het gevraagde product (andere smaak, verpakking, andere taal,...)

Je rapporteert aan de teamleader binnen de shift en werkt constructief samen met het lijntrio in dagdienst (zijnde Line Lead, Maintenance Lead en Process Lead).

Technische vaardigheden:

  • Oplossen van kleine storingen aan de installatie door vb. het manipuleren van kleppen.
  • Hanteren van een stapelaar
  • Zelfstandig wissels en aanpassingen aan de lijn uitvoeren

Voorgaande kennis van de voedingsindustrie is een meerwaarde

  • Grondige kennis van het afvul- en verpakkingsproces
  • Grondige kennis van de grondstoffen en additieven
  • Kennis en inzicht in de werking van installaties en machines
  • Goede kennis van de regels en voorschriften inzake hygiëne-, milieu-, voedsel-, en veiligheid

Communicatievaardigheden:

  • Goed niveau van Nederlands: geschreven en gesproken
  • Overleggen met collega's tijdens DDS (dagelijkse ochtendmeeting) en shift handover m.b.t. de stand van zaken van de lopende productie, problemen en afwijking
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen of problemen aan je leidinggevende en via de beschikbare tools
  • Aanleveren van stalen aan het Labo ter controle
  • Afstemmen met de Make-afdeling voor de opstart van aanlevering van product of beëindiging van batch bij productwissel.
  • Input leveren op de dagelijkse top-5 meeting en maandelijkse teammeeting in functie van het continu verbeteren van je werkomgeving
