Ben jij een operator en wil je werken in een 5-ploegendienst binnen de foodindustrie? Als Operator Packaging ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen, controleren en bijsturen van machines op de inpakafdeling. Je verdient een aantrekkelijk salaris met 30,8% ploegentoeslag en komt direct in dienst bij een toonaangevende werkgever. Wat ga je doen? Als Operator Packaging ben je de spil op de inpakafdeling en zorg je ervoor dat het verpakkingsproces soepel en efficiënt verloopt. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van productie, het lab en het warehouse en grijpt in bij afwijkingen in kwaliteit of proces. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: Bedienen, instellen en controleren van verpakkingsmachines; Bewaken van het inpakproces en zorgen voor een constante productkwaliteit; Signaleren van afwijkingen en hierop actie ondernemen; Samenwerken met andere afdelingen zoals productie, lab en warehouse; Uitvoeren van kleine onderhoudswerkzaamheden en ondersteunen van de technische dienst; Zorgen voor een schone en veilige werkomgeving volgens geldende richtlijnen. Wat kun jij? Minimaal een afgeronde mbo-3 opleiding met 2 jaar relevante werkervaring of 5 jaar ervaring zonder diploma; Ervaring met het bedienen en monitoren van (geautomatiseerde) productieprocessen; Je bent leergierig, gemotiveerd en werkt nauwkeurig; Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een echte teamplayer; Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift. Heb jij meer ervaring in het bedienen en monitoren van automatische processen en beschik je over een Vapro A of B diploma?
