The posting

Als lijnoperator ben je zelfstandig verantwoordelijk voor een deel van het verpakkingsproces. Je voert alle voorkomende werkzaamheden uit aan de diverse verpakkingslijnen om de geplande productie te realiseren. Je draagt er zorg aan dat er wordt voldaan aan de kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve eisen. Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het nakomen van de werkinstructies zoals omschreven op de verpakkingslijst en het HACCP-kwaliteitsboek. Uiteraard heb je bij het verpakken en produceren van producten hygiëne hoog in het vaandel staan. Wij zorgen ervoor dat jij, indien nodig, goed wordt opgeleid om bovengenoemde te realiseren.

Als Operator ben jij een echte teamspeler met technisch inzicht. Onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid gaan de machines draaien en blijven ze dat ook doen. Jij bent proactief, streeft naar kwaliteit en hebt een flexibele houding. Samen met de andere medewerkers aan jouw lijn zorgen jij ervoor dat er gewerkt wordt binnen de normen die Vivera stelt.

Wat wij van je vragen:

• Je beschikt over minimaal MBO 2 werk- en denkniveau;

• Je hebt ervaring in een productie omgeving;

• Je bent in staat om te werken volgens een 3-ploegensysteem;

• Je bent nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid;

• Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en kunt goed samenwerken met collega's (van verschillende afdelingen);

• Communiceer je makkelijk in het Nederlands of Engels.
