Wat ga je doen?

Zorg jij graag voor een vlot en veilig productieproces? Dan is deze uitdagende operatorfunctie in een moderne industriële omgeving iets voor jou.

Als Operator Blending speel je een belangrijke rol binnen het productieproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat grondstoffen correct worden ontvangen, verwerkt, gemengd en geladen volgens de geldende kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen.

Je lost basisoliën en additieven die per vrachtwagen of schip worden aangeleverd en voert hierbij controles, staalnames en administratieve registraties uit: - Je ontvangt, labelt en stockeert verpakte additieven volgens de geldende veiligheids- en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen. - Je bereidt grondstoffen voor door ze op temperatuur te brengen en tijdig aan te voeren naar de menginstallaties. - Je start en volgt mengprocessen op via geautomatiseerde systemen en voert waar nodig manuele toevoegingen uit volgens receptuur. - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van het mengproces en werkt steeds volgens de geldende procedures en veiligheidsvoorschriften. - Je voert overpompingen uit tussen verschillende tanks en volgt deze op vanuit de controlekamer. - Je verzorgt bulkbeladingen op de weegbruggen en ziet erop toe dat alle veiligheidsmaatregelen strikt worden nageleefd. - Je voert controles uit op vrachtwagens en volgt laadprocedures nauwgezet op.

Dit is een functie in dagploeg, telkens van 08u00 tot 16u30.

Wie ben jij?

  • Ervaring binnen de(petro)chemische sector, het zij via een opleiding, het zij on-the-field, is een must.
  • Je hebt een goede basiskennis van computergebruik en leert snel nieuwe systemen aan.
  • Fysiek werk, alsook buitenwerk, schrikken je niet af.

Opleiding: Je hebt minimaal een diploma secundair onderwijs, bij voorkeur in een technische richting.

Vakkennis: Je hebt ervaring met proces gestuurde productie-omgevingen.

Talenkennis: Een goede kennis Nederlands is vereist, zowel geschreven, gelezen als gesproken. Basiskennis Engels is ook een must.

Attesten: Je bent in het bezit van een geldig heftruckattest.
