Als CNC Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het instellen, programmeren en bedienen van onze CNC-plooibanken. Je werkt aan kwalitatieve metalen onderdelen op basis van technische tekeningen en zorgt ervoor dat elk product perfect wordt afgewerkt.

Jouw taken

  • Instellen, programmeren en bedienen van CNC-plooibanken.
  • Lezen en interpreteren van technische plannen en werkinstructies.
  • Uitvoeren van één of meerdere plooibewerkingen volgens de opgegeven specificaties.
  • Controleren van de kwaliteit en afmetingen van de afgewerkte onderdelen.
  • Correct instellen en ombouwen van de machines.
  • Signaleren en oplossen van kleine storingen of productieproblemen.
  • Zorgen voor een ordelijke en veilige werkplek.

Profiel

  • Je kan technische plannen lezen en interpreteren.
  • Je beschikt over een goed ruimtelijk inzicht.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd, leergierig en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed in team.
  • Je blijft rustig onder tijdsdruk en werkt georganiseerd.
  • Ervaring met CNC-machines is een pluspunt, maar gemotiveerde kandidaten met technische interesse komen eveneens in aanmerking.
  • Kennis van AutoCAD en/of Inventor is een mooie meerwaarde.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands goed.
