The posting

Je staat in voor het nauwkeurig plooien van metalen buizen en profielen en zorgt ervoor dat elk onderdeel volgens de juiste afmetingen en kwaliteit wordt afgewerkt. Je werkt met technische plannen en volgt het productieproces nauwgezet op.

Je bereidt de machine voor, stelt de juiste parameters en programma’s in en voert waar nodig bijsturingen uit. Tijdens het proces controleer je de geproduceerde stukken en grijp je in wanneer een aanpassing nodig is.

Daarnaast hou je je werkpost ordelijk en veilig en zorg je mee voor een vlotte werking binnen de productie.

Jouw taken:

  • Machine instellen en de juiste parameters bepalen.
  • Technische plannen en werkopdrachten correct interpreteren.
  • Metalen buizen en profielen plooien volgens de gewenste specificaties.
  • Afgewerkte stukken controleren op maat en kwaliteit.
  • Instellingen en programma’s bijregelen voor een optimaal resultaat.
  • Zorgen voor een nette en veilige werkplek.
  • Technische tekeningen en meetgereedschap vlot kunnen gebruiken.
  • Ervaring in metaalbewerking of een technische opleiding is een plus.
  • Basiskennis van CNC.
  • Nauwkeurig en veiligheidsbewust werken.
  • Eigen vervoer is noodzakelijk.
  • Bereid om in een 2-ploegensysteem te werken.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands; Engels is mooi meegenomen.
  • Leergierig en flexibel ingesteld.
