Je voert processtappen uit zoals centrifugeren, homogeniseren, pasteuriseren en steriliseren in een productieomgeving met focus op voedselveiligheid en procesbetrouwbaarheid. De organisatie hanteert gesloten productie- en reinigingsprocedures en voert analyses en monstername uit om de kwaliteit te waarborgen. Je werkt nauw samen met technische teams en draagt bij aan het inregelen, monitoren en optimaliseren van het productieproces. De functie vereist betrokkenheid bij reinigingscycli, eerste lijns onderhoud en een systematische registratie van procesgegevens in digitale systemen. Salarisindicatie €2600 - €4000 bruto per maand bij een fulltime aanstelling en inclusief ploegentoeslag waar van toepassing. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient en bewaakt de procesinstallaties in de voorfabriek. - Je stelt installaties in, start en stelt om voor centrifugeren, homogeniseren, pasteuriseren en koeling. - Je neemt monsters, controleert kwaliteit en registreert procesgegevens in het systeem. - Je voert reiniging en sterilisatie uit via het PLC-gestuurde reinigingssysteem. - Je verricht inspecties en 1e-lijns onderhoud en lost (proces)technische storingen op. - Je neemt deel aan werkoverleg en verbeterteams en rapporteert afwijkingen. - Je programmeert recepten en stelt procesparameters bij binnen het SCADA/PLC-systeem om kwaliteit en opbrengst te optimaliseren. - Je voert visuele controles en metingen uit en neemt stalen voor laboratoriumanalyse volgens HACCP- en GMP-richtlijnen. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor first-line onderhoudswerkzaamheden zoals smeren, afstellen en kleine reparaties en schakelt bij complexere storingen door naar de technische dienst of de shiftleider.
