De functie Als Operator Procestechniek in een innovatieve proeffabriek voor staalproductie bedien je de installatie vanuit de hoofdbedieningsruimte en bewaak je de processtabiliteit. Je werkt samen met collega-operators en een technoloog aan veilige procesvoering, productievoortgang en het oplossen van verstoringen. Daarnaast ondersteun je projectactiviteiten rond de transitie naar staalproductie met waterstof en het uitvoeren van procesonderzoek. Jouw taken - Je bedient de installatie vanuit de hoofdbedieningsruimte en bewaakt de processtabiliteit. - Je implementeert en wijzigt setpoints en volgt en stuurt het proces bij om de continuïteit en productievoortgang te ondersteunen. - Je overlegt met de technoloog en/of ovenchef over wijzigingen met een grote impact op het proces. - Je bewaakt procestrends via het HCM-model en voert berekeningen uit voor aanpassing van setpoints bij standaard procesvoering en proceswijzigingen. - Je werkt samen met de technoloog aan troubleshooting en procesonderzoek bij standaard procesvoering. - Je bestuurt en volgt het proces samen met de collega-operator en technoloog. - Je ondersteunt projectactiviteiten rond de transitie naar staalproductie met waterstof. Wij vragen - Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde mbo-4 opleiding. - Je hebt ervaring en kennis van installaties en processen. - Veiligheid staat bij jou op de eerste plaats. - Je werkt resultaatgericht, signaleert problemen en lost deze vakkundig op. - Je kunt goed coachen en durft besluiten te nemen. - Je werkt goed samen om gezamenlijke topprestaties te leveren. - Kennis van WTB, Elektrotechniek en Industriële automatisering is gewenst.
