Je ontvangt een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.870 en € 3.210, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring. Werk je in een 3-ploegendienst? Dan ontvang je daarnaast aantrekkelijke ploegentoeslagen.

Als Operator Productie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een soepel en efficiënt productieproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat de productielijnen optimaal draaien en dat de voedingsmiddelen volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen worden geproduceerd.

Je stelt productiemachines in, bedient deze tijdens het productieproces en bouwt ze om wanneer er een ander product wordt geproduceerd. Gedurende de dag houd je de voortgang van het productieproces nauwlettend in de gaten en controleer je of alles volgens planning verloopt. Ontstaat er een storing of afwijking? Dan grijp je snel in of schakel je waar nodig de technische dienst in.

Samen met je collega's werk je continu aan het verbeteren van de productieprocessen. Je denkt actief mee over efficiënter werken, houdt de werkplek netjes en veilig en draagt bij aan de kwaliteit van het eindproduct. Je werkt fulltime in een 3-ploegendienst binnen een enthousiast en betrokken team.

- Je hebt ervaring als productiemedewerker binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie of als operator; - Je bent fulltime beschikbaar en bereid om in een 3-ploegendienst te werken; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; - Je kunt zelfstandig werken, bent verantwoordelijk en hebt een proactieve werkhouding; - Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en hygiëne.
