Graag verantwoordelijkheid, technisch inzicht én een job waar je echt het verschil maakt in de dagelijkse productie?

Voor een voedingsbedrijf in regio Beselare zoeken we een operator productieverantwoordelijke die overzicht bewaart, vooruit denkt en stevig in zijn schoenen staat wanneer het druk wordt.

Geen knopjesduwer dus. Wel een sleutelfiguur die ervoor zorgt dat de productie blijft draaien en vrachtwagens op tijd kunnen vertrekken. Want camions wachten niet. Echt niet.

Functieomschrijving

Als operator productieverantwoordelijke ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie en opvolging van de productie.

Je zorgt ervoor dat voeders tijdig geproduceerd en klaarstaan voor verlading volgens planning.

Een typische werkdag?

Je bepaalt de juiste productievolgorde, volgt de planning op en stuurt bij waar nodig. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat verladingen correct verlopen en hou je alles administratief bij in het ERP systeem.

Bij technische problemen of pannes blijf je rustig en zoek je mee naar oplossingen zodat de productie zo weinig mogelijk stilvalt.

Je werkt verspreid over verschillende niveaus in het gebouw, dus trappen doen hoort erbij. Daarnaast help je waar nodig ook fysiek mee, bijvoorbeeld bij het verplaatsen van zakken van 25 kg.

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar verantwoordelijkheid, flexibiliteit en praktisch inzicht belangrijker zijn dan grote theorieën.

  • Verantwoordelijkheidszin en zelfstandig kunnen werken
  • Stressbestendig kunnen omgaan met pannes of drukke momenten
  • Kunnen rijden met een manitou
  • Fysiek werk aankunnen
  • Trappen kunnen doen tijdens de werkdag
  • Zakken van 25 kg kunnen heffen
  • Flexibel ingesteld naar uren en planning
  • Bereidheid om af en toe op zaterdag te werken
  • Nederlandstalig
  • Frans is een pluspunt
  • Bij voorkeur woonachtig binnen straal van ongeveer 30 minuten rond Beselare
