Verdien tussen de €2.750 en €3.400 bruto per maand, exclusief 20% ploegentoeslag, als Operator en werk in een 2-ploegendienst van 06:00 tot 14:00 uur en van 14:00 tot 22:00 uur. Heb jij technisch inzicht, steek je graag de handen uit de mouwen en ben je gemotiveerd om het vak van Operator te leren? Dan is deze functie als Operator iets voor jou.

Als Operator ben je samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor een soepel productieproces. Je stelt machines in, bewaakt het proces en grijpt in wanneer dat nodig is. Kleine storingen los je zelfstandig op en je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen binnen het productieproces. Daarnaast voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit en verricht je waar nodig ook handmatige werkzaamheden, zoals het op maat maken of bewerken van producten.

Ervaring als Operator is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste. Binnen deze functie krijg je de kans om het vak in de praktijk te leren. Een goede motivatie, technisch inzicht en een actieve werkhouding zijn belangrijker dan een diploma of opleiding.

- Je bent fulltime beschikbaar en bereid om in een 2-ploegendienst te werken; - Je hebt technisch inzicht en bent gemotiveerd om het vak van Operator te leren; - Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een proactieve werkhouding; - Je bent bereid om nieuwe werkzaamheden en machines eigen te maken; - Je beschikt over eigen vervoer; - Ervaring in een productieomgeving is een pré, maar geen vereiste; - Een heftruckcertificaat is mooi meegenomen, maar geen verplichting.
