Wat ga je precies doen In deze functie als 3-ploegen operator ben jij een onmisbare kracht aan de productielijn. Met geavanceerde machines en diverse chemische bewerkingen geef je textiel de gewenste eigenschappen, zoals het vlamvertragend maken, bleken en kleuren van materialen. Dankzij jouw scherpe oog voor detail en technisch inzicht waarborg je de hoogste kwaliteitsstandaarden. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over het optimaliseren van onze processen en de veiligheid op de werkvloer.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

- Afstellen, bedienen en bewaken van de productiemachines voor een gestroomlijnd proces; - Uitvoeren van continue kwaliteitscontroles tijdens de verschillende productiefasen; - Verhelpen van kleine mechanische storingen en het uitvoeren van basisonderhoud; - Naleven en waarborgen van de veiligheids-, gezondheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften; - Deelnemen aan proefrunnen en het aandragen van verbetervoorstellen voor product en proces.

Wat wij bieden:

- Salaris: tussen € 3080,- en € 3200,- bruto per maand; - Contract: tijdelijk met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband; - Werktijden: fulltime, 32-40 uur per week in 3-ploegendienst; - 41+ vrije dagen: inclusief een extra ploegendag van 7,4 uur; - Reiskostenvergoeding: € 0,23 netto per km vanaf 5 km; - Winstdeling en uitstekende pensioenregeling (MITT).
