Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar veiligheid, kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat het productieproces soepel verloopt en hoogwaardige producten worden geproduceerd voor diverse internationale markten. FunctieomschrijvingWat ga je doen?

Als Operator Productie ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen het productieproces. Je bedient en bewaakt verschillende machines en grijpt in wanneer dat nodig is om de kwaliteit en voortgang te waarborgen.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het bedienen, instellen en bijsturen van productiemachines; - Het controleren en bewaken van het productieproces; - Het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles volgens de geldende richtlijnen; - Het signaleren en oplossen van kleine storingen; - Het uitvoeren van eerstelijns onderhoud aan machines; - Het verzorgen van een goede overdracht tijdens ploegwisselingen; - Het aan- en afvoeren van materialen en gereed product; - Het naleven van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en hygiënevoorschriften; - Het schoon en ordelijk houden van de werkplek.

Functie eisenWat breng je mee? - MBO werk- en denkniveau; - Een Operator A- of B-diploma of een technische MBO niveau 3 opleiding is een pré; - Ervaring als operator of binnen een productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; - Bereidheid om te werken in een gecombineerd 3- en 5-ploegenrooster; - Een nauwkeurige en verantwoordelijke werkhouding; - Je bent een teamspeler met een proactieve instelling.
