Cloetta Holland BV is producent van voornamelijk drop en winegum van de merken Venco en Red Band. Cloetta Holland Roosendaal is een productielocatie van Cloetta, een leidend zoetwarenbedrijf in Europa. In Roosendaal werken zo’n 150 medewerkers op diverse afdelingen, variërend van productie, kwaliteitsdienst tot planning. Er wordt jaarlijks zo’n 16 miljoen kilo aan snoep geproduceerd en verpakt. Je maakt deel uit van de afdeling Dragee/Comprimee, dat bestaat uit operators en machinebedienden. De afdeling heeft een productieproces wat deels geautomatiseerd is en deels manueel. Je weegt en mengt grondstoffen voor een deeg, dat na het mengen en eventueel toevoegen van specifieke kleuren en aroma’s gecomprimeerd wordt. Na het drogen kan het product verpakt of intern verder verwerkt worden. Het drageer-proces omvat het drageren van halfproduct tot eindproduct met semi-geautomatiseerde dragee installaties. Bedienings- en controlehandelingen vinden plaats vanuit de controlekamer. Naast het drageerproces speelt de kokerij dragee een belangrijke rol. Het doseren van grondstoffen gebeurt deels automatisch en deels met de hand. De Drageerpannen worden deels met de hand en deels automatisch gevuld en gelost. Jij bedient en beheerst diverse productie- en inpakinstallaties en beheerst het totale proces, inclusief monstername, schoonmaak, productie en administratie.
